It was during a lunch between the designers and the client that the first lines were drawn to create the concept of this house. Our goal was to truly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces so they both feel like one. A stunning pool of two levels merges across the two simple and clean volumes that make up the house. On one side there is a BBQ terrace surrounded by water, making it feel like it’s floating. On the other side there is a great room facing the beautiful pool and the gardens. Big sliding glass doors open to the sides to let the natural breeze come in. 

The house has a privileged location, behind the Ostional refuge and it is only steps away from the beach. It also has a breathtaking roof terrace with a yoga deck and a bar so you can sip a drink and enjoy a sunset or meditate and connect with yourself while admiring the beautiful beach of Guiones. Casa Bella Vista truly embraces life through the beach style.
