Mediterranean inspired architecture and bohemian interiors curated in this residence located in Samara. The white, blocky form of this residence is intended to be a “contemporary translation” of the chalky houses seen around Santorini, Greece with a clear influence from Modernism.

It was particularly challenging to create these unconventional spaces, but yet we had a lot of fun in its design process. For the interiors, our studio decided to personalize the different areas with clean gestures that represent simplicity through arched shapes. Color and texture were also one of the most important yet subjective matters in this design. It enhances the aesthetics of a space, creating an impact on how people perceive it.
