Casa La Capannina is located on a spectacular hill overlooking the ocean and surrounded by the forest of Playa Guiones. VA Studio was commissioned to design a house in which each space would connect with the pool and thus achieve a more direct connection with nature and the ocean.

The house is made up of two rectangles that open towards the ocean view in which they decompose to create different spaces in the house. The main frames of the project point out a geometric composition that is accentuated through the different textures and materials. Warm materials such as wood are combined to balance the contemporary and the tropical.
